The range of ViSCO.series® progressive cavity pumps has been extended to include additional material for the rotor. The VISCO.series® is based on the volumetric principle of an endless (infinite) piston whereas the core components rotor and stator form a perfectly sealed metering chamber.
The pump can now also be supplied with ceramic rotors. This expands the application range of the ViSCO.series® enormously. Even when used with abrasive or chemically aggressive media, the ceramic rotors have a high wear resistance. In addition to the very high dosing accuracy due to the optimised contour of the rotors, they offer a wide range of possible applications for all media with pH value 0-14. In combination with housing components made of PEEK, the pump is also suitable for anaerobic adhesives.
